Working to Restore Integrity in Homebuilding
Overcharging families as they’re building their dream homes is all too common a scenario. In fact, the same thing happened to me once upon a time. In 2014, I was working with a builder on my own home construction and grew very frustrated with all the extra charges that quickly piled up. I didn’t want others to experience the same, so I returned to school and got my builder’s license. In 2018, I built my first home with the promise that I would never charge any family extras on a home build.

The Menso Homes motto is “1 Set Price,” and we follow this with every build. If we make a mistake, you don’t pay us to fix it. If there is a finish you would like but we don’t offer it, we’ll provide you an allowance to purchase it, and we’ll install it for you. We provide upgraded features, so you won’t have to worry about spending more money on your home for years to come. One set price is what sets us apart from other home builders in Florida.
